Signing the documents for the service was easy, everything was e-signed. Truthfully, I thought I wouldn''t receive my data until next year, but they got it to me literally within the same month I sent it. They recovered 100% of the files and placed it on a Western Digital HDD. The drive was encrypted for security purposes, and I appreciate that extra mile.
