Data Recovery Services in Indiana - RAID, SSD & Hard Drive Recovery

I thought I would never see my data again until Eric and his data recovery team took over, excellent service.

The team was helpful and informative throughout the process. They were successful in recovering all my children''s childhood videos and pictures. I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you Elliot Fisher for this.

You''ve read it before. Drives fail and they have priceless irreplaceable data on it. Elliot was there every step of the way. His knowledge and confidence set my mind at ease as they went through the process of recovering my data. Answered my questions and mostly the communication was great.

A general warning to Linux user... Read Mores. The recovered data was sent to me on a WD Passport drive, secured with a password. This is no problem at all if you''re on Windows or Mac, but being a Linux user I didn''t have a way to unlock the drive. My solution ultimately was to use a Windows VM, and using WD Security (available on the WD website) to remove the password protection. This allowed me to use the drive on Linux.

I hope I never darken their doorway again but they''re my first choice if I find myself in need of data recovery.

I dropped my hard drive on the floor a couple of months back. I was toast as you would expect. I looked around the web and discovered a few services that offered to get most of my data back for me. I, of course, read the reviews and landed on Secure Data Recovery.

Time went by and I got a call from them that my drive had arrived and they would let me know when they had something to tell me. No guarantees they promised because that is the way it is with dropped hard drives.
In the end, they took very good care of me. I am getting about 96% of my files back. I am hoping for alot of the pictures I had on the drive. I am almost seventy and memories are what are most important about the past.
Thank you for all you did for me. I appreciate it. I also hope that I will never need you again but I am grateful you were there to help.

Saved our Africa photos!!!! Thank you Jason for saving our photos feom the damaged SD card. We will only be there once and we were afraid we had lost the photos of all the beautiful animals we observed.
We are now relieved and happy.
Jason kept us informed through the entire process and was quick to respond to any questions I had.

I had a little trouble with WD''s decryption software but ultimately was able to access all of my data almost immediately. Throughout the entire process, I was able to email Timothy directly with any questions I had, and he responded promptly.
